The Willow’s Song

Siempre ávido de cine y música, quisiera compartir con uds, un video que sé q no durará mucho en YouTube (por la censura), pero que considero de una  genialidad  y ejecución perfecta. Parte de la película "The Wicker Man" (1973), en que Willow "tienta" al puritano Sargento Howie, a cometer un “desliz”, lo llama con una melodía embriagante y sutil, como el silbar de la flauta que llama a la serpiente al "pecado", “a la corrupción de la carne”. Subo el video porque pronto lo darán de baja y por qué la melodía la había escuchado antes, y la considero hipnótica, y a la vez, espeluznantemente acogedora y dulce.

Recently, I’ve noticed that has been an increase of people who enter to my blog from the US. I’m sorry to disappointed to you, but as you may notice, I write in Spanish (it’s my mother tongue, and the most people who visit me, are from spanish spoken countries). But this can be advantageous for you guys, because you can learn something about spanish (Ok, I know it’s difficult, but at least you can try it). I’m aware that it could be complex, but you can go to Google’s translator.
